As an HRBP Lead, your main responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with business leaders to align HR strategies with organisational goals.
Driving employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Providing guidance on talent management, including recruitment, retention, and development.
Advising on employee relations matters to ensure compliance and resolution of issues.

A strong educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven expertise in HR business partnering within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
Knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices in Indonesia.
Experience in implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and use HR data effectively.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
