- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve area sales targets and increase market share.
- Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure optimal performance and goal alignment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the relevant industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to identify and act on market opportunities.
