- Collect required data and/or make reports related to operational activities as accountability to superiors
- Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets
- Providing medical services to patients, both pre-hospitalization and during hospitalization, as well as delivering optimal health education to patients and their families to enhance the patients' quality of life.
- Performing initial patient assessment upon admission (at least once) according to the patient's condition in the Integrated Notes Form in SOAP format comprehensively.
- Executing instructions from specialist doctors or Direct Supervisors (as stated in the outpatient/inpatient referral letter from OPD/ED/OT/ward).
- Handling life-saving procedures and documenting them in the Medical Record, communicating with the Direct Supervisor, and explaining the patient's general condition to the patient or their family.
- Preparing medical records/patient status: Double-checking medication names, doses, administration methods on the Flow Sheet. Rechecking laboratory test results. Verifying Diagnostic Imaging results (Radiology, Ultrasound, CT Scan, etc.) by initialing with clear signature, name, date, and time of examination results.
- Bachelor's Degree in a Doctor of Medicine (MD)
- In-depth understanding of medical procedures, diagnostics, and patient care practices. Familiarity with hospital protocols and standards.
- Ability to evaluate complex medical situations, analyze diagnostic results, and formulate treatment plans.
- Accurate documentation of patient histories, treatment plans, and medical outcomes. Compliance with hospital record-keeping standards and legal requirements.
- Have minimum 1 year work experience as a general practitioner in hospitals (ward/emergency unit)
- Certifications:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification is required.
- ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) certification is highly preferred, or equivalent trauma care training.
