• The working venue is in Cikarang Pusat.
• Our client is a Japanese Real Estate company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Customer Relations.

• Proceed to check in and check out for customers.
• Act as a relation staff between customer service and other departments.
• Responding to questions and demands from customers.
• Handle complaints and any issues from customers.
• Providing helpful information about apartment facilities and city public places.
• Providing feedback from customers to building management, to improve apartment service and overall customer satisfaction ratings.
• Other related tasks as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Minimum D3/S1 in any major (Open Fresh graduate from Hospitality major).
• Able to speak Japanese (minimum JLPT N3).
• Maximum age is 35 years old.
• Can communicate well using Japanese and comfortable interacting directly with Japanese.
• Available night shift.
• Willing to work in Deltamas, Cikarang.
