About the ChallengeDo you have a passion for restoring vehicles to their best look with precision and care? Are you confident in delivering high-quality paint finishes, from standard bodywork to custom motor designs?As a Mechanic Cat – Suzuki, you will be responsible for performing professional-grade painting on vehicles and custom motorbikes. Your role is key in ensuring that each unit leaves the workshop in its best possible condition—clean, smooth, and showroom-ready.Requirements:Hold at least a Senior High School (SMA/SMK) degree, preferably in Automotive or a related fieldHave 2–5 years of experience in automotive body painting or custom paintworkSkilled in standard body painting and custom motorcycle paintingUnderstand and follow SPK-based workflows and quality finish standardsDetail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working both independently and in a teamResponsibilities:Execute painting jobs according to SPK (work orders) with a focus on quality and accuracyPerform custom paint jobs for motorcycle body panels as requiredEnsure paint results are even, clean, and durable, up to company standardsConduct quality control (QC) on each completed unit before release * Maintain cleanliness and readiness of painting tools, equipment, and workspaceOur Selection Procedure in a Nutshell:Our hiring process is straightforward—just a few conversations with HR and the user team.
