- Lead, direct and develop a dedicated team (in coordination with Regionals and/or Hospitals, if necessary) to establish and monitor implementation of Group-wide strategies, policies and procedures around business contracting with business partners (corporate, insurance client, and other agencies) and private patients
- Review existing partnerships with key business partners accounts to identify, assess and mitigate any threats that may become deal breaker throughout contract duration and/or prior to signing for renewal
- Provide direction and advice to Regions and/or Hospitals especially for Group’s key business accounts, including involvement in complex negotiations
- Periodically review strategies taken to approach private patients, corporate and insurance accounts, as well as to drive referrals in efforts to identify areas for further improvements
- Bachelor/ Master Degre from Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing,
- Have minimum 8-10 years work experience in the same fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and senior management.
- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively lead the sales team and drive performance.
- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional team in matrix environment
