Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible!Your roleWe are looking for a Purchasing to support our EssilorLuxottica Professional Solutions business in Indonesia. The Warehouse serves as the Eding House Supervisor of the lens business, leading it toward growth and profitability through product, analysis‌ and reporting. The role requires aligning Customer Service decisions with the strategic objectives of the lens business. You are going to work closely with various departments to provide insights that help shape strategies and resource allocation decisions.Main responsibilities:Job Scope:

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for overseeing the storage, handling, and distrib

tion of optical. This role ensures efficient operations, accuracy in inventory management, and compliance with safety regulationsKey Activity :

Inspect incoming shipments of lens for accuracy and quality
Record received items in the inventory management system and update stock levels
Organize and store lens in designated locations
Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
Pick and pack for outgoing orders according to customer specifications
Prepare shipping documents and labels for dispatched orders
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety and efficiency
Filling and record evidence receipt note, awb

Main requirements:

1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
Familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous
Ability to keep the warehouse organized and maintain accurate inventory records
Ensure accuracy in receiving, storing, and shipping optical frames
Ability to identify issues in the workflow and propose effective solutions.
Ability to work effectively with colleagues Cs and Sales and Admin Frame to meet operational goals
