- People Analytics: Leveraging HR data to provide insights on workforce trends, performance, engagement, and talent effectiveness to guide decision-making and long-term planning.
- Performance Management: Leading performance reviews, calibration, PIP monitoring, promotion processes, and ensuring accuracy and fairness in performance assessments.
- Organizational Development (OD): Optimizing structures (e.g., span of control, grading systems), leading OD projects, and embedding best practices to build an agile and effective organization.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Statistics, People Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., CHRP SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Relevant People Analytics certifications (e.g., Google Professional Data Analytics, CIPD People Analytics, Coursera People Analytics programs) are a strong advantage.
- Proven experience (minimum 8-10 years) in HR functions, with a strong focus on performance management, people analytics, and organizational development.
- Demonstrated expertise in performance management processes, including performance calibration, PIP monitoring, performance score accuracy, and promotion process management.
- Experience in leading organizational development (OD) projects, including implementing best practices, optimizing span of control, and maintaining grading system compliance.
- Strong background in employee relations, talent management, and employee engagement programs, with a track record of improving employee satisfaction and retention.
- Experience in leading and actively involved in HR/culture project transformations, change management, and digitalization is a plus
- A self‑starter mindset, able to work independently while proactively collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Familiarity with HR data analytics, including interpreting and leveraging HR metrics to drive organizational improvement and decision-making
