Job Responsibility:

Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, compiling data & reports, preparing documents and presentation for internal and external audience for information and decision making
Supporting Executive Officer in managing internal and external projects
Attending various level business meetings
Assisting Executive Officer in maintaining document archives and arranging meetings and schedules of internal and external projects
Perform other tasks that are in the scope of the position.

Requirements:

Have minimum Bachelor Degree in related major
1 - 3 years of experience in the same field
Good English proficiency
Proficiency in Office application - Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
Experience in handling multi-tasking environment across various departments
Having experience in AI related tools for data analysis
