- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the company's compliance with legal obligations, including EPC contracts, tenders, and other related agreements
- Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and guidelines to ensure the company's adherence to the latest requirements
- Collaborate with relevant departments to identify legal risks and provide guidance on mitigating them
- Oversee all corporate governance matters, including maintaining the company's statutory books, records, and registers
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance regulations, internal policies, and procedures
- Coordinate and prepare materials for board meetings, general meetings, and other company-related gatherings
- Review, draft, and negotiate various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and memorandums of understanding
- Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual matters and other legal issues
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and proper maintenance of legal documentation
- Liaise with Financial Authorities to ensure timely and accurate reporting

- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field. A postgraduate degree is advantageous
- Proven experience as a Legal Counsel or similar role in the Energy industry
- Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, tender processes, and compliance implementation
- Familiarity with Financial Authorities' regulations such as OJK and BEI
- Excellent understanding of corporate governance principles and practices
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
