Site Engineer

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities (roads, bridges, civil engineering).
• Ensure work conforms to engineering drawings, specifications, and the project schedule.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports to the project manager.
• Control the quality of on-site work and material usage.
• Coordinate with foremen, workers, surveyors, and the logistics team.
• Assist in preparing materials and equipment required for the project.
• Ensure that occupational health and safety standards are implemented on the project site.

• Mengawasi aktivitas konstruksi harian di lokasi (jalan, jembatan, teknik sipil).
• Memastikan pekerjaan sesuai dengan gambar teknik, spesifikasi, dan jadwal proyek.
• Menyiapkan laporan kemajuan harian/mingguan kepada manajer proyek.
• Mengontrol kualitas pekerjaan di lokasi dan penggunaan material.
• Berkoordinasi dengan mandor, pekerja, surveyor, dan tim logistik.
• Membantu menyiapkan material dan peralatan yang dibutuhkan untuk proyek.
• Memastikan bahwa standar kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja diterapkan di lokasi proyek.

• Minimum 1 year of field work experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings (construction drawings) and understand cost estimates (RABs).
• Adaptable to field work and willing to work out of town.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and AutoCAD preferred.
• A driver's license (SIM A/C) preferred.

• Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman kerja lapangan.
• Mampu membaca gambar teknik (gambar konstruksi) dan memahami estimasi biaya (RAB).
• Dapat beradaptasi dengan pekerjaan lapangan dan bersedia bekerja di luar kota.
• Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) dan AutoCAD lebih disukai.
• Diutamakan memiliki SIM A/C.
