Support documentation, prepare schedule and meeting minutes
Becomes a liaison between IT and other departments
Collecting preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance reports every month
Help IT Support in tracking Ticket and response log
Ensure all documents are filed neatly and dated for audit readiness, especially on technical diagrams
Conducting control documents for audit readiness and internal IT audit support
Responsible for IT orientation flow (Credentials guide, Acces map, Ticket's SOP) for new employees

Education at least D3 Informatics System/IT
Understand about hardware, system development and debug testing
Proficient in Ms. Office
Understand Diagram making
Understand the hardware for general
Communicative and Reliable
