Take orders accurately, serve dishes in proper sequence, and ensure tea and condiments are refilled as per Chinese dining customs.
Prepare tables before service, ensure proper table settings (e.g., Chopsticks, soup spoons, dipping sauces), and keep the dining area clean at all times.
Respond to guest needs promptly, provide menu recommendations, and support a warm, respectful, and attentive dining experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at an upscale Chinese restaurant (Hotel background not required).
Knowledgeable in basic service techniques and sequence of service
Able to work harmoniously in a fast paced team environment
Opening experience will be an advantage.
