This is a critical role within the finance division reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Finance. Based in Jakarta, this is a great opportunity to join the finance team of a automotive company.Key Responsibilities:
- Direct many aspects of execution; organise and supervise associates' work product
- Design and execute financial analysis (including financial modelling capability) to support development of strategic insights (including consideration of market development, organisational options and responses, capacity/capability-building requirements, etc.)
- Lead and deliver market and operational reviews, strategic studies and business plan reviews
- Drive business development initiatives which will include market and proposition development
- Expect to get involved in driving performance and building plans for the future
- Relationship management with business partners, consultants, etc.
- Strategic and analytical with the demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects
- Bachelor's degree in Economics (Finance, Accounting), Engineering, with MBA or similar advanced degree preferred
- At least five years' relevant working experience gained either in management consulting, advisory and investment banking doing similar roles providing strategic advice to clients or from corporate strategy and corporate development roles
- Experience working in a Big 4 accounting firm
- Experience in managing a multi-department team
- Superior quantitative and analytic skills and advanced level in Ms Office Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage models for problem solving, variance analysis, business forecasting, financial modelling and corporate valuation
- Have strong attention to detail and be motivated by a fast paced business environment
- Extremely high level of customer focus and ability to partner with key internal customers
- Experience with doing analysis in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
- Comfortable working with cross functional teams and dealing with ambiguity
- Ability to drive results in a rapidly changing business environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to challenge or influence senior company leaders
- Strong organisational and multitasking skill with ability to balance competing priorities

- Share
