As an Internal Audit Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Lead the full audit cycle from initial planning and scope definition to final reporting and follow-up.
Develop and execute a comprehensive, risk-based audit plan aligned with the company's strategic goals.
Evaluate and assess internal controls, risk management, and governance processes to ensure their effectiveness.
Identify potential risks and provide management with clear, actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
Prepare and present detailed audit reports and findings to senior leadership in a clear and professional manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments and stakeholders to build strong relationships and facilitate smooth audit execution.
Monitor the implementation of corrective actions to ensure audit findings are properly addressed.
Mentor and coach junior audit staff, supporting their professional growth and development.
Stay current on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging risks, particularly within the FMCG sector.

Growing industryCompetitive remuneration package· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification CIA is highly preferred.· A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in internal or external audit, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role. Experience within the FMCG industry is a significant plus.· Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and risk management principles.· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.· Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.· Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.· High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.This company operates within the FMCG sector and is known for its significant presence in the market.
