- You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationship with their key stakeholders, understanding their business needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with products and services.
- You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from the respective accounts.
- You will be acting as the primary point of contact for the key clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross selling.
- You will be analyzing competitor activities and market dynamic, adjusting account strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive advantage.
- You will be collaborating with internal teams such marketing, customer services and project management to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet client expectations.
- You shall have 3 years' experience in Radiology Imaging, Oncology and Cardiology area
- You shall have strong track record of success in key account management.
- You shall have experience in delivering client-focused solutions.
- Any relevant bachelor's degree.
- You will demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
