- Supports and collaborates the following activities: recruitment/placement/staffing initiatives, employee's relations, compensation and benefit administration, safety, training initiatives, government compliance, and workforce planning.
- Investigates and proposes resolution of day-to-day employee relations issues.
- Supervises Human Resources administration / personnel administration of employees.
- Oversees and assists in screening, testing, and hiring of Shop Floor employees.
- Investigate and respond timely to unemployment claims.
- Compiles, stores, or retrieves worker related information, such as medical, insurance, pension, and savings plans.
- Explains to workers company and governmental rules, regulations and procedures need for compliance.
- Analyzes, interprets, and recommends courses of action for more complex topics.
- Interacts with internal and/or external contacts with a higher level of autonomy.
- May guide and informally supervises new hires and generally is viewed as a referent of the area
- Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in relevant major
- Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources area, particularly in Industrial Relation
- Experienced with SAP HR and Industrial Relation would be an advantage
- Updated with current labor law regulation, detail-oriented, neat in filing and documenting, willing to work with team.
- Advanced English skill both verbal and written.
- Strong communication skill, good team player, proactive, eager to learn, resilience, result oriented, and always curious for improvement.
