Together with manager to set up the team and establish MDI Process
Educate safety points to the employees
Implement SOP to ensure service, productivity, and quality
Escalate issue before appears

Qualifications

Min S1 Industrial Engineering or related field
Min experience 2 years with the same position on manufacture background
good English speaking & people management experiences and skills.
data analysis ability, be able to find opportunities from service metrics, production metrics, P&L data.
Strong operation knowledge about planning, service, ELS, operation & shopfloor management.
Basic project management skill to run kaizens
Open minded to drive changes
