Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a core focus on manufacturing industrial pumps. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least twenty years' experience in manufacturing in a multinational company for the job of Senior Manager Project Management. The job is based in Cibitung, Indonesia.Key job responsibilities include:
  • Direct reporting to Operation Director
  • Manage a production, engineering, and quality team
  • Provide functional support and technical advice to the operations team
  • Manage Service & Delivery stage process to the customer
  • Develop project document as customer requirement
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, purchasing and engineering team
  • Monitoring budget and costing in manufacturing and project services
  • Overview project and production between manufacturing and SCM delivery to the customer
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • At least twenty years' experience in manufacturing process
  • Experienced in managing production, quality, and engineering team
  • Good leadership and developing others
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong time management / strong ability to manage to deadlines
  • Good problem-solving approach
  • Effective relationship management and communication skills
  • Able to give and receive feedback, effective communication skills, effective interpersonal skills, effective presentation skills
  • Willing to work in Cibitung, Indonesia
