- Assisting the hotel reservation system and support the Reservation & Revenue Manager in managing and optimizing room occupancy and revenue.
- Become the custodian of guests' experience by providing service excellence in handling all guests reservation including resolving guests' issue.
- Assisting the reservation team in creating report and providing data analysis support on daily, weekly and yearly basis. Aiding the Reservation and Revenue Manager in decision-making.
- Solid experience in reservation with minimum 2 years experience as Assistant Reservation Manager in five stars hotel or resort with minimum 300 rooms.
- Excel on Accor reservation system and opera cloud are preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking with great interpersonal skill and good teamwork.
- Posses a great leadership skill and talent development focus.
- Accor hotels background will be an advantage.
- Familiar to Accor Reservation System and Opera Cloud.
