Maintenance & Repair System Supervisor

• Coordinates the day-to-day organization, staffing (technician), and operational activities for maintenance programs including construction, maintenance, repair and operation of facilities.
• Establishes and maintains a reliable network of outside vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely support of the maintenance function.
• Evaluate maintenance requests, set priorities, process work assignments and follow up with appropriate department to confirm completion.
• Developing maintenance plans and implementing them.
• Acknowledge and review purchasing any equipment, tools, or materials that may be required.
• Escalate issues, when necessary, according to company and departmental policies and guidelines.
• Performs routine inspections of all systems & equipment, assess procedures and make recommendations for improvement that may be required.
• Manage and maintain all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Monitoring & do maintain a database of equipment, supplies, and inventory.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of all maintenance actions.
• Follow up Mi-Asset System's (internal system) still always updated.

• Age max 40 years old
• Bachelor degree from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.00
• 5+ years experiences in facility maintenance management
• Solid knowledge of building systems, mechanical systems, preventive maintenance, and repair work
• Strong team player with ability to interact with all levels of staff in the organization
• Proficiency in Excel
• Detail, persistence, and well organized
• Excellent analytical and reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills required
• Strong communication skills and negotiation skills
