- Monitor day-to-day codes deliverables from vendor (local vendor / group vendor) including codes review, unit test review & implementation plan with objective to provide an effective, efficient, and reliable Systems / Applications that meet AIA quality standards.
- To execute plan on project execution (scope: Non iPos Technical Development Review, System Analysis, and Production Technical support including BAU).
- Develop integration on non IPOS ecosystems and peer reviews deliverables as required from vendor (Local / Group).
- Monitor & ensure implementation meets security standard for Cloud, Logging, Monitoring and Application update that coming from Group Security.
- Provide analysis review and peer review as required for bug fix implementation from vendor related end to end systems development both enhancement and maintenance activities to meet the agreed Service Level Commitment within AIA Financial Strategic goals, Priorities (Project, Product, Enhancement, Maintenance), as well as the applicable government regulations & Regional instructions.
- Collaborate with BSA & Testing team to ensure Test Plan & Test Case sufficient for Functional requirements & Non-Functional requirements.
- Support Infrastructure provision including Server & deployment validation plus network rules across surrounding systems based on IT Standard.
- To Analyze, implement integration, and review items from vendor deliverable.
- To act as a liaison to network with counterparts inside and outside the company / group, or with third party vendors.
- To perform analysis, applications design, technical direction & quality assurance process through the robust design process (e.g., discussions/meetings, review analysis, design/timeline challenge) and conduct the series of system tests (e.g., unit test, system integration test, stress test).
- Conduct internal operating policies and procedures and ensure they are well documented for use and referenced by associates. To follow and comply with group and local IT Standard Operating Procedures, service level standards, compliance and security policies, and methodologies including Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- To work closely with the Quality Assurance department to control and review the implementation of quality assurance processes.
- To arrange and conduct system fine tuning and optimization to improve the performance.
- To provide and conduct necessary troubleshooting and production supports when a breakdown occurs, and to immediately remedy the system when flaws encountered.
- To conduct Business Continuity Management activities in participating in the Disaster Recovery site preparation in conjunction with the application setups and the DR drill.
