Our Technology & Operations organization is a vital strategic partner to the business in providing competitive advantage that propels DBSI towards being the Best Bank for a Better World (#B3W).Job Descriptions:The Procurement Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the procurement function within the organization. This role involves managing purchase orders, supplier relationships, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Managing the daily activities of the Operational Procurement team and ensuring that the targets have been fulfilled and the specified standard of qualification has been achieved.
Know the needs of IT and Non-IT and manage in the procurement process.
As Checker related to PO issuance for IT and Non-IT area. Improve efficiency in the procurement business process.
Conduct due diligence process
Conduct and Develop Data analysis to contribute on strategic plans to meet the Bank's buying strategy.
Manage and monitor Procurement System

Requirements

Proven experience in procurement operations or supply chain management, minimum 3 years of managing team
Proficiency in procurement software
