Location: Bali, Indonesia
Shift and Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day 10:00 AM - 7:00 PMPosition Overview:RecruitGo is seeking an Accountant to join our team, working with our client based in Bali, Industry. Our client

With 25 years of experience in premium real estate, dedicated to shaping the future for the next generations.Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify potential clients.
  • Communicate closely and professionally with potential clients regarding their new and existing inquiries to sell company products on favorable terms.
  • Conduct cold and warm sales calls, Zoom meetings, and in-person presentations in the office and on-site.
  • Address objections related to products, investment profitability, and legal and tax matters with the support of the company's tax consultants, legal team, and financial experts.
  • Close real estate transactions.
  • Collaborate with partner agents to boost sales.
  • Work closely with other company departments (e.g., finance, legal, etc.) to support transaction closures.
  • Regularly interact with the marketing department to develop and update advertising materials (brochures, websites, etc.) and marketing reports for property owners.
  • Utilize the company's CRM system to update all client data.
  • Use the company phone as the primary contact for any new potential clients.
  • Possess knowledge of the local market to answer client questions and monitor competition.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide professional customer service and communication between clients and investors.
Job Qualifications:
  • Indonesia person living in Bali English Language Proficiency (Native English Speaker)
  • Experience in Real Estate & Development sales department
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in English.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the Indonesian and especially Bali real estate market
  • Knowledge of the International Sales Market
  • Native Indonesian language
  • Good time management and organizational abilities.
  • Attention to detail and results-oriented.
  • Practical experience with CRM systems and quick learning ability.
  • Excellent computer skills (office programs), experienced
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales or premium car sales.
  • Practical experience with CRM systems.
  • Experience in real estate sales in Bali with an existing network of clients/investors is a significant plus.
  • Having a driver license/ Able to drive a car
