  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with suppliers effectively.
  • Manage communication and relationship management with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize SAP system for operations and reporting.

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or international sourcing.
  • Solid product knowledge in grocery/FMCG and understanding of the Indonesian market landscape.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Fluent English for international negotiations and relationship building.
  • Comfortable with international travel.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
