- Actively prospect, engage, and grow a portfolio of key accounts including corporate clients, midscale event planners, travel concierges, and lifestyle communities.
- Lead sales initiatives for group dining, private events, seasonal campaigns, and restaurant takeovers/pop-ups.
- Monitor competitor activity and local market trends to identify new revenue opportunities.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with VIP guests, high-net-worth individuals, wedding planners, and corporate partners.
- Represent the hotel at midscale F&B events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Coordinate with the PR & Marketing team for collaborative F&B promotional efforts, influencer engagements, and media features.
- Act as the main point of contact for F&B-driven events and private bookings.
- Collaborate with culinary, beverage, service, and banquet teams to ensure seamless execution of client expectations.
- Conduct site inspections, tastings, and proposal presentations.
- Track sales performance through KPIs, forecasts, and revenue reports.
- Ensure proper use of CRM systems for lead management and pipeline tracking.
- Work closely with Revenue Management and F&B teams to develop targeted pricing strategies and packages.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the Food & Beverage or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing marketing campaigns, especially in midscale hotel or F&B setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to think strategically.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multicultural team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and understanding of midscale brand standards and customer expectations.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when required for event support.
- Knowledge of the Jakarta market and local consumer behavior is an advantage.
