Business Operation Administrator (based in Jakarta) will be responsible for handling all related Importing & Logistic, and supporting day to day business operation such as product delivery, invoicing, revenue assurance, preparing all administrative needed as well as supporting project management.Job Descriptions:1. Import & Logistic
- Handle all import process with local documents (invoice, P/L, AWB, Insurance, PO, SKDO, etc.).
- Check draft PIB and prepared PIB payment.
- Ensure and understand procedure of clearance and documentation of import file.
- Understand the law of Indonesia Customs
- Communication and coordinating with exporter/Importer related documentation and shipment schedule.
- Coordinating with warehouse to discharge process of goods/import contents.
- Coordinating with Corning Customer Service and other departments for every delivery, and ensure comply the procedure
- Ensure local goods importation and exportation declaration
- Do the Audit warehouse and Import process
- Ensure delivery of PO/Contract within agreed timeframe
- Responsible all administrative documents needed related contract/PO and product delivery to customer
- Coordinating with customer related delivery and schedule
- Close coordination with finance team and support invoicing, ensure invoice being delivered within agreed timeframe
- Support finance team to ensure payment collection from customer
- Support commercial team related documents needed for tender or RFP
- Ensure and support project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule
- Lead and coordinate with supporting vendor & 3rd party services to run the project
- Support project reporting and documentation
- Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
- Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
- Minimum D3/Diploma
- “Ahli Kepabenan” Certificate is a must
- 5 years experience in import, export, forwarding, and shipping line, as well as project management
- Able to speak and write in English
- Having integrity, detail orientated, good communication, fast learner and service mindset
- Computer literation MS Office (word, excel, and power point)
- Willing to be place in Jakarta, and willing to do business trip
Internal: Commercial Team, Finance, CS, Engineering Team
External: Customer, Importing Vendor, Contractor Project
