Collaborate closely with the community or social media manager to craft captivating content for social media platforms.
Develop and execute digital strategies for online community management across various social media channels.
Engage with comments on posts and direct messages to foster trust and authority for personal or company profiles.
Moderate and stimulate conversation within social media groups to maintain a vibrant community.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, aligning with strategic goals and objectives.
Analyze user interactions and data to derive insightful observations and improve engagement strategies.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in social media to continuously enhance community engagement.

Requirements:

Fluent in written English with exceptional communication skills.
Strong proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
Advanced skills in graphic design, copywriting, and video editing.
Excellent in managing tasks and time, capable of prioritizing in a dynamic environment.
Proficient in PC operations, including Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite.
Comfortable with remote work and capable of operating independently.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Facebook Ads and other social media advertising platforms.
