- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of working experience with more than 7 years in senior sales leadership roles within the logistics industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve results.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients at all levels.
