As Customs Manager, you will lead all export/import activities, working closely other related departments and will be in charge of overseeing and managing the customs clearance process for imported and exported goods. You will also be responsible for optimising customs-related processes, maintaining documentation, and resolving any issues that may arise during the clearance process.Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the right practice of customs regulations is implemented
Ensure the customs reporting for all assets
Manage and maintain records of all customs-related documentation, including import/export licenses, permits, invoices, and shipping documents
Maintain good relationships with customs and other related associations
Monitor policies, procedures and process compliance
Be the person in charge of customs audit
Take charge of the project related to bonded zone/logistics bonded zone
Liaise with various internal departments (such as logistics, finance, and procurement) to ensure alignment and efficient customs processes
Communicate with external stakeholders, including customs authorities, government agencies, and trade partners
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in customs clearance operations

To succeed in the Customs Manager (Logistics) job, you will need to be open minded, commercial driven and team-oriented leader.Key Requirements:

Hold PPJK certificate
Bachelor's degree in any major and at least five years' managerial experience in customs clearance
Fluency in English
Customs and bonded zone/logistic bonded zone knowledge is an advantage
Experienced in customs clearance, logistics and export import operation
Capable of building relationships with custom
