Working within our function departments, you would be supporting all of our businesses.

Day to day activities :

Support and assist the Sales / Key Account Sales Manager to find customers, determine the appropriate work method and provide the best service for these customers.
Monitoring the implementation and quality of services provided by the service team and sales team to National Key Account customers
Ensure the operation team for on-time reporting to customers in accordance with the available contracts
Supporting the Service team in providing introductory training on pest control products / services to National Key Account customers
Coordinating with service at branch offices in performing service hygiene and pest control work
Handling customer complaints and inform the complaint to the service team at the branch for follow-up and treatment / inspection
Assist the service team in conducting inspections and making work reports requested by customers
Assist the sales and service team to explain changes that have occurred such as SOPs, Materials, changes in the organizational structure of the service team, etc.
Attend coordination meetings that discuss the progress of work requested by customers
Assist regional NKA’s to carry out surveys and collaborate with branches for work implementation

Representing the Operation Director if unable to coordinate meetings regarding customer complaints, coordinating meetings for action plans from the service team, coordinating meetings with national key account sales to coordinate new customer requirements to the service team
Assist regional NKA customers in facing food safety audits
Fostering and maintaining good relationships with customers

Requirements

S1 Agriculture / Biology / Microbiology (preferred by graduates of Plant Pests and Diseases)

Have motorcycle and car driving license

Minimum 3 years or 5 years work experience in the industry and the same position

Have an internal audit training certification

Have knowledge on hygiene products and pests and control methods

Have intermediate knowledge about pesticides and their applications

Have intermediate knowledge about regulations or service standards set by the government and customers related to the company's business

Have basic knowledge about the Safety Health Environment

Having the ability to operate computers and excellent English

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
