- Develop and implement a Human Capital & Business Services strategy aligned with corporate direction and tailored to the Indonesia Business Unit.
- Drive workforce localization strategies for Indonesia and, where applicable, neighboring markets.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans that enhance competitiveness in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Oversee the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of policies, frameworks, and procedures.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and consistent application of Human Capital and Business Services standards.
- Lead the design and execution of performance management systems that engage, motivate, and retain Top Talent.
- Review performance outcomes and provide strategic workforce insights to the leadership team
- Direct the adaptation of Global C&B frameworks to Local Market conditions.
- Ensure equitable pay practices, robust job evaluation frameworks, and alignment with corporate pay philosophy.
- Identify critical organizational capabilities and oversee targeted development programs.
- Lead succession planning and leadership development to secure long-term talent sustainability.
- Strengthen and promote Mubadala Energy's employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Oversee recruitment strategies, policies, and talent pipeline development for current and future business needs.
- Provide Human Capital and Business Services support for market entry and expansion within Indonesia.
- Ensure seamless management of secondee programs, including visas, contracts, and relocation processes.
- Oversee payroll accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Direct facilities management to ensure operational efficiency, legal compliance, and workplace safety.
- Ensure Human Capital and Business Services processes meet HSSE & AI standards for onshore and offshore operations.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all reports, leveraging data to inform decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
- 15 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Capital and Business Services, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles. Preferably in the Oil & Gas or energy sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, HR best practices, and operational management.
- Proven track record in strategic workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and executive advisory skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, reporting tools, and business services management systems.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to drive business growth through talent optimization.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Labor Regulations and workforce planning best practices.
