- Achieve sales targets and increase revenue through field sales teams and multiple channels.
- Develop relationships with Local Government and key partners to secure projects and strategize Small and Medium Enterprise projects.
- Ensure accurate completion of bookings and administrative tasks following company policies.
- Manage team performance, providing feedback and regular progress reports.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to find effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals.
- Manage the sales process, ensuring all details are handled.
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business/Marketing) with 4+ years in direct sales, ideally within FMCG, Telco, Tech, or Startups
- Proven record of meeting/exceeding targets, with expertise in retail sales, territory management, and route-to-market planning
- Experienced in leading company plans, with a strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with community outreach, market strategy, and knowledgeable about digital goods and e-commerce trends in Indonesia
- Proficient in English, sales analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making
- Experienced working in a dynamic setting, willing to travel frequently, and holds a valid driver's license
