- Support the client journey from introduction to onboarding, including tracking proposals, coordinating documents, and ensuring onboarding readiness.
- Foster strong communication with clients by leading regular updates, check-ins, and performance follow-ups.
- Build strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand ATI's partnership and service offerings.
- Coordinate with the Commercial Strategy and Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Manage administrative preparation for client meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-ups.
- Monitor partnership performance and flag early risks or opportunities to the Partnerships Lead.
- Present business updates or case studies to clients where appropriate.
- Maintain and update commercial CRM systems to capture every client interaction.
- Provide feedback and input for continuous improvement of partnership programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Management preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in client service, partnerships, or account coordination roles.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and deliverables effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills (logic score above 70).
- Confident in speaking and presenting to high-level client profiles.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, IT, and leadership teams.
- Experience in professional services, BPO, or tech-enabled services is a plus.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset toward partnership building and client relationships.
