- Gain deep insight into partner business needs and create tailored solutions to drive growth and address challenges.
- Act as Partner Account Manager, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners.
- Develop and recruit new partners to expand and strengthen the enterprise channel ecosystem.
- Craft long-term business plans and annual joint business strategies to align partner and company objectives.
- Manage partner performance, including sales targets and strategic initiatives, leveraging resources to support success.
- Analyze capability gaps and coordinate improvement programs to enhance partner skills and readiness.
- Oversee partner satisfaction by resolving conflicts, managing complaints, and implementing improvement plans.
- Handle other partner-related initiatives as directed by leadership.
- Strong background in partner development, performance management, marketing, training, and satisfaction management
- Deep familiarity with Indonesia's major partners and enterprise customers
- At least 5 years of experience in channel business roles within ICT companies (channel sales required)
- Preferred experience with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba (HPE networks), or comparable vendors
- Experience working at a distributor or top system integrator is an advantage.
