Site Manager - Chemical (Banten)

Lead and manage operations the site and all tolling activities across Indonesia.
Ensure compliance with ESHA standards, deliver on product commitments to support business objectives, and continuously improve site operations and sustainability initiatives.
Oversee production planning and execution to align with demand forecasts.
Promote a strong safety culture, enhance product quality, and drive operational excellence to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline processes
Maintain asset reliability by coordinating with local service providers to implement effective maintenance programs for production equipment and infrastructure.
Lead and deliver CAPEX projects in line with business unit strategies and site development goals.
Provide strong leadership to cultivate a high-performance culture.
Define clear KPIs, manage employee performance, support talent development and mobility, and reinforce company values to enhance employee engagement.
Ensure tolling partners comply with the company's quality and operational standards.
Manage knowledge transfer and safeguard intellectual property. Monitor performance and promote continuous improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Represent the company in Indonesia, overseeing all local operations and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Act as the primary liaison with local stakeholders while aligning operations with global corporate strategy.

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
Experiences in managing advanced chemical plant with up to 150 people
10 years of experience in production and technology management
At least 5 years of experience in cross-functional leadership roles
Proficient in Lean Six Sigma and supply chain management
Strong analytical skills with proven ability to enhance operational and financial performance
Fluent in English
