- Lead and train all cruise crew members in safety, service, and cleanliness standards, while professionally handling VIP guests, inspections, and FAM trips.
- Responsible for cruise maintenance, docking plans, procurement, inventory control, and ensuring all operational needs are fulfilled efficiently.
- Review each cruise trip, verify all cruise documentation and compliance, and analyze guest feedback for continuous service improvement.
- Develop and implement new activity or event ideas aligned with guest preferences and brand identity, while collaborating with the resort, sales, and marketing teams to grow the cruise business.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cruise operations, hospitality, or a similar managerial role.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marine Tourism, or related fields; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Strong leadership, team management, and operational coordination skills, with hands-on experience in guest handling and onboard services.
- Good understanding of cruise logistics, documentation, maintenance scheduling, and inventory systems.
- Creative, service-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
