- Execute Donor retention strategies and plans (covering donor contact, fundraising campaigns, website/social media, and brand awareness) in building long-term relationships to generate maximum donor lifetime value and retention.
- Responsible in managing and execute marketing automation in Salesforce & other email marketing tools in individual giving program, to ensure all donor journey and its set-up are able to increase engagement and accurate flow based on the agreed donor retention and development strategy.
- Execute corporate stewardship journey program to ensure the relations between the donor and Save the Children in high engagement and could bring the relations into long term partnership.
- Support corporate team in event creation and implementation to increase the level of engagement and relations development of the partnership.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns (onboarding, newsletters, lifecycle, loyalty campaigns etc.) to generate engagement, drive upgrades and reduce attrition.
- Analyze campaign performance from email marketing and suggest improvements.
- Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.
- Own the relationship with third party vendors we rely on to execute on our email programs (email service provider, deliverability monitoring, etc.).
- Responsible to email marketing campaigns end-to-end, managing email databases and creating newsletters.
- Producing engaging and inspiring donors' strategy program with a regular schedule of personalized donor communications (email, SMS, print, website, social media) and engagement donors' program
- Interacting with various departments and program staff within Save the Children to gather information, write stories and create materials to provide clear, meaningful information for our donors.
- Provide report and analyst of email marketing campaign monthly basis to Donor Retention and Development Coordinator
- Work closely with the Donor Retention team to improve the most of opportunities to develop supporter loyalty and implementing tailored supporter communications.
- Work closely with Marketing Communications teams in providing content for email donor journey and email updates.
- Work Closely with Donor Retention & Development Coordinator to develop journey and marketing automation for corporate fundraising.
- Work closely with corporate team to develop stewardship journey and to deliver the stewardship message to the donor.
- Brainstorming visual and copy ideas with Marketing Communications Team
- Overseeing the content production phase
- Writing and presenting a few options of content to Donor Retention and Development Team
- Responsible for checking spelling and grammar (English/Bahasa Indonesia)
- Other Related Responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing / communications or related field
- Have minimum 2 years' experience as an Email marketing or Digital marketing specialist.
- In-depth knowledge & experience of CRM Management, especially Salesforce
- Experienced in relationship building and supporter / customer care.
- Capable of sourcing, briefing, and managing agencies / suppliers.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively with minimal supervision.
- Strong commitment to Save the Children's mission, vision, and values - previous experience with child rights programming will be an advantage.
- Proven excellent work experience on content writing and copywriting.
- Be highly creative, imaginative and storytelling skills.
- Agile and deadline driven.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end email campaigns, from audience segmentation to email creative development, including deployment and measurement.
- Experience developing marketing assets with a Creative team.
- Goal- and results-oriented with the ability to solve problems and take initiative.
- Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality, age sensitivity and fully complies with Save the Children's Child Safeguarding and Protection Policies and Guidelines
- Subject to police reference check (a Child Safeguarding and Protection requirement)
