Marketing Affiliate Project

• Conceptualize and execute new initiatives and marketing campaigns to grow Shopee Indonesia's Affiliate program
• Identify new channels to engage with potential affiliate partners
• Conduct market research on latest affiliate trends, strategies, and competitive landscape
• Monitor and analyze affiliate activities and campaign performance, identify areas to improve our affiliate platform, recommend and implement solutions
• Collaborate across Marketing teams to ensure the end-to-end implementation of initiatives

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting, partnerships or affiliate/influencer marketing
• Outstanding people and project management skills
• Stakeholder management in the highest caliber
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and creative problem solving
• Able to accurately analyze and interpret data, and utilize data to improve program performance
• Result-driven attitude and eagerness to adapt with the dynamic environment of e-commerce
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
