- Monitor key metrics for seller operations and find improvement opportunities
- Drive process improvement and strategy execution initiatives across core seller operations, including listing management, order fulfillment, and return & refund handling
- Support ongoing initiative to ensure effective and on-time implementation, through coordination with other departments
- Craft and develop short term and long term solutions through a structured data driven approach
- Problem solve both operation and strategic issues by finding root cause through quantitative and qualitative approach on the related scope
- Bachelors degree in any field, coupled with 2+ years of working experience
- Previous working experience in consulting, tech, or e-commerce is preferred
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking - able to breakdown problem statements into sub-tasks and actionable items, strong at analyzing and interpreting data into business insights
- High ownership - highly self-driven, proactive in finding growth opportunities, and committed to find effective solutions to problems
- Structured verbal and written communication - including good PowerPoint and Excel skills, able to present to management team
