Your defining qualities:

Have on-hands experience with minimal 5 years as project manager for Solution Automation/ICSS Projects in industry such as Chemical, Oil & Gas, Utilities.
Have experience in managing sizeable team of more than 15 peoples with focus in stability and growth
Have technical background with strong knowledge in automation/digitalization background
Have valid Project Manager certification from PMI or similar
Have willingness to learn, adapt and implementation as organization requirement.
Have strong communication skill to all stakeholders.
Have excellent skill in reporting and presentation.
