- Manage a group of existing accounts and focus on keeping them satisfied and expanding their usage.
- Look for opportunities to sell additional services to existing clients.
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure clients renew their contracts.
- Negotiate contracts with high-level executives in target accounts.
- Attend meetings with key stakeholders, from the initial onboarding to regular check-ins.
- Make sure clients are successful with our products and services and strive to exceed customer satisfaction goals.
- 7+ years of experience in managing accounts or sales, preferably in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry.
- Proven track record of using sales & persuasive skills
- You'll need to care for our clients and make sure they feel at home with our products and our around the clock support.
- Strong presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences and various levels of management.
- Skilled at building relationships with senior-level clients.
