This role supports warehouse teams, coordinates with transport vendors, and ensures on-time, accurate deliveries to project sites or clients.This position is suitable for candidates with basic logistics knowledge, strong coordination skills, and aspirations for a career in the construction materials or freight industry.Job Responsibilities

Monitor material inbound and outbound, transportation scheduling, and delivery progress
Coordinate with third-party transport providers (land/sea/air) to arrange pickup and delivery
Follow up on order fulfillment, issue delivery notes, and handle returns
Manage and update shipping records, waybills, PODs (Proof of Delivery), and other documents
Support warehouse inventory, inventory records, and loss tracking
Maintain good communication with procurement, warehouses, and customers to ensure a smooth logistics chain
Create weekly logistics reports and analyze transportation efficiency and costs
Assist in handling logistics-related complaints and delays

Ideal Profile

Education: Associate/Bachelor's degree (Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or related field)
Experience: 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or warehousing coordination
Familiarity with ground transportation/port/freight forwarding processes preferred
Proficiency in basic office software (Excel, email, Word)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
Ability to stay organized and manage time while multitasking
Willingness to work on-site/in-warehouse as a temporary worker preferred
