Graphic Designer

• Graduate from graphic design, or digital media & fluent in English & Indonesian languages.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital designs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Animation & Video editing tools such as After Effects & Premier Pro.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• You are capable of:

• Designing visual content for digital campaigns including major social media platforms, website designs, banners, and email marketing materials.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement creative solutions that align with marketing strategies.
• Managing multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
• Supporting execution of branding and promotional events.

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Photoshop: For photo editing, creating complex digital images, and designing visuals tailored to specific digital campaigns. Proficient in using layers, masks, filters, and should understand color correction and manipulation techniques to enhance or modify images.
• Illustrator: For creating vector graphics, logos, icons, and illustrations. Understanding of vector design principles, including working with paths, creating seamless patterns, & typography design.
• InDesign: For creating digital brochures, eBooks, and other multi-page layouts that can be distributed digitally. Ability to manage layouts, grids, and typography with precision is important.

• Web Design Tools
• Adobe XD or Sketch: For designing and prototyping user interfaces for websites and mobile apps. The candidate should be comfortable with creating wireframes, designing user flows, and working on interactive prototypes to visualize the end product.
• HTML/CSS: A basic understanding of HTML and CSS is preferred, to create designs that are not only visually appealing but also feasible for web developers to implement. Knowledge of how stylesheets work and the ability to make minor edits can significantly streamline the design-to-development process.

• Animation and Video Editing
• After Effects: For creating motion graphics and animated elements that can enhance digital campaigns and social media content. The ability to animate logos, text, and other graphic elements to add a dynamic layer to digital content.
• Premiere Pro: For editing promotional videos, testimonials, or social media video content. Understanding the basics of video editing, such as cutting, transitioning, and color grading, & overlaying with music & voice overs.

• Other software
• Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Teams
• Apple Office Suite: Keynote & Pages
