- Compile and deliver weekly and monthly reports that summarize sales performance, operational highlights, key metrics, and emerging issues across all levels.
- Provide actionable insights by tracking demo asset utilization, market saturation, area penetration, turnover ratios, outlet transactions, and hiring pipeline status.
- Maintain a dynamic regional dashboard to analyze performance data and offer recommendations for data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee the full delivery cycle of devices and assets, ensuring timely tracking, resolving delays, and confirming successful receipt by recipients.
- Conduct regular audits to support loss prevention and monitor the condition of distributed devices.
- Support merchant onboarding by managing CRM updates, verifying data, checking discrepancies, and tracking leads, deals, and renewals.
- Manage administrative tasks such as onboarding paperwork, contract documentation, tax invoicing, and escalation handling for operational or customer issues.
- 5+ years' experience in sales operations, sales support, or data analysis, preferably in high-growth or fast-paced industries.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets, data visualization tools (Looker Studio/Tableau/Power BI), and basic SQL.
- Proven ability to design and implement SOPs, streamline workflows, and automate manual processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to work closely with sales, logistics, and external partners.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership, and problem-solving skills, with the flexibility to support sales teams in dynamic situations.
- Solid understanding of regional sales processes, from pipeline management to asset tracking and merchant onboarding.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
