Job Responsibilities:- Advise business on applicable with Indonesia law and regulation- Drive key projects related to new licensing or compliance- Liaise with internal stakeholders and internal users, such as Strategic Operations, Business Development, Finance, HR, and Operations- Draft and review various legal documents, and/or negotiate on contracts with external partners- Supervise legal team in general, litigation, and decision maker- Accommodate company legalization issues with third parties- Representing the company in handling legal activities- Register a copyright of productsJob Requirements:- Bachelor Degree in Law- Communicate professionally in English and Mandarin is a must- Min 5 years of experience, preferably in payment getaway, P2P or insurance broker company- Preferably in house experience- Having knowledge with legal system in payment getaway or insurance broker company- Good attention to detail & strong analytical skills- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills- Positive attitude, flexible, proactive, self-motivated and detailed oriented with strong sense of responsibility and able to work individuallyClient - Singa Fintech- Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Capital Management, or a related field.
- Max. 38 yo and min. of 3 years' experience as a Head of HR & GA.
- Proficient in HR administration, people management, and HR"&" functions.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential.
- Open to those who do not have a background in the fintech industry.
- Salary Range : 18 – 23 Million nett
