- Create innovative and viral social media content including graphic designs, photos, and videos tailored for each platform that align with our brand's mission and identity
- Implement growth strategies aimed at rapidly growing our follower count across platforms to 10,000+ genuine followers, with an emphasis on organic growth
- Analyze performance data and audience insights to guide strategy and expand reach amongst Gen Z audiences passionate about social justice
- Develop social media campaigns that resonate with our target demographic and have high potential to go viral
- Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting schedules, community management, influencer partnerships, paid social campaigns, etc.
- Collaborate with creative teams on photo shoots, branded content, UGC strategies, and leveraging influencers that align with our brand identity
- Stay on top of social media trends, best practices, and new platform features
- Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related field preferred
- Fluent in professional English (Writing & Speaking)
- 2+ years managing social media in a brand, agency, or exceptional personal account capacity
- Case studies and proven examples creating viral social media content and growing accounts to 10,000+ followers
- Expert knowledge of Gen Z digital habits and passions
- Excellent graphic design skills and experience creating highly visual and artistic branded content
- Data-driven mindset and analytical skills
- Creative thinker adept at developing innovative growth and engagement strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Video production skills a plus
