- Create and develop visual assets including social media content, banners, posters, brochures, and other promotional materials based on creative briefs.
- Edit, retouch, and manipulate images using Adobe Photoshop to support branding and marketing needs.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to ensure design outputs align with campaign strategies and brand guidelines.
- Adapt designs across various digital platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and print materials as needed.
- Develop visual mockups or presentation layouts for internal reviews or client presentations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative materials.
- Maintain and organize design files for easy access and future use.
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field is required
- Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop (required); knowledge of other Adobe tools such as Illustrator, InDesign, Capcut and Canva.
- Able to use Adobe After Effects for animation or motion work is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, image editing skills, and visual branding experience.
- Solid understanding of graphic design principles, including composition, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in generating new visual ideas.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Up-to-date with current design trends, especially in social media and digital content.
- Has a good sense of humor, enjoys comedy content, and comfortable working in a fun, creative environment.
