- Strategize & Execute: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to hit and exceed revenue targets, focusing on enterprise-level AI/ML consulting projects and bespoke data solutions.
- Hunt & Farm: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic market research, C-level networking, and leveraging industry connections. You'll also nurture and expand relationships within existing accounts.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., VPs, C-suite executives) in target industries such as finance, telecommunications, retail, and manufacturing.
- Consultative Selling: Lead the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing. This includes understanding client pain points, collaborating with our technical teams to scope solutions, and delivering compelling proposals and presentations that showcase Supertype's value.
- Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent Supertype at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build our brand presence and generate qualified leads.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new service opportunities and maintain our competitive edge.
- Report & Forecast: Track and report on all business development activities, manage your sales pipeline using a CRM, and provide accurate revenue forecasts to leadership.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a business development, enterprise sales, or partnership role, preferably within a tech company, IT consultancy, or SaaS provider.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas, with a history of closing complex, six-figure-plus deals.
- Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the AI, data science, and cloud technology landscape is highly advantageous. You should be comfortable discussing concepts like machine learning, data analytics, and digital transformation.
- Network: An existing network of contacts within enterprise-level companies in the Jabodetabek area is a huge plus.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and a consultative approach to selling.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Language: Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
