• Lead HR & Corporate Affair department and monitor all the HR spectrum as well as the Corporate Affair matters in all Business Units.
• Partner with business leaders to understand and align HR strategies with organizational goals, contributing to long-term success.
• Drive initiatives for succession planning, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and people development programs.
• Utilize HR metrics and data to inform decision-making, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
• Lead HR aspects of organizational change, promoting a positive workplace culture, and maintaining employee morale.
• Oversee the Corporate Affair including Employee relation, Industrial Relation, and General Affair in all companies.

• Min. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience at Senior Management level in a holding company with several companies managed within it.
• In-depth knowledge of HR regulations, HR strategic, and best practice.
• Experienced in managing expatriate employee with good understanding of foreign employee regulations and documents required.
• Experienced in managing industrial relation.
• Strategic thinker with a business mindset with strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Have background as HR consultant with accomplishment of successful human capital project are preferable.
